Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the apps of CYBER ONE LTD and its various and subsequent versions (collectively referred to as "us", "we", or "our"), and forms a part of our Terms of Use available at https://oiapp.co/terms. The products and services referred to in this Privacy Policy are collectively known as the "Service". Please review this Privacy Policy to understand our data handling practices. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

Information We Collect

When you download the Service onto your device and register, certain personally identifiable information may be collected from you during the download process and registration. To register, you must provide information such as your email address, city location, gender, and name, depending on the device(s) used for the Service. You may also provide additional personally identifiable information at your discretion. If you log in using your Facebook account, we may collect additional information you make available to us (see "Your User Profile" below).

You may also be asked to grant access to your address book when you install the Service and register. With your consent, we can access contact information (names, numbers, emails, Facebook IDs) from your address book on the used device and store them on our servers. This information facilitates your use of the Service, including contact synchronization across different devices used with the Service.

We may collect and compile non-personally identifiable information such as residence country and preferences. We may also gather and store data about usage and interaction with the Service and our websites, including match details, match numbers by members, duration of matches, text messages, usage by geography, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, page view statistics, network type and traffic to and from our websites.

Our applications allow you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communication within the application with other users. If you choose to share these items, these will be stored on our servers. Please note, once shared with other users, we may not be able to remove these items from our servers or even retract them from individuals you have already shared them with. It is important to understand that once information is shared, you might not be able to control how that information is used and it may become publicly available, partly dependent on actions taken by you or others with whom you have shared the information.

If we receive a complaint from your conversation partner about abusive behavior or language, then conversation information such as voice, screenshots, or contents of conversation stored only on your partner's device may be transferred to our servers. Such transferred information will be reviewed by us to ascertain the authenticity of the report and determine required penalty levels, if any.

Your user-generated content (photos, screenshots, comments, other materials) on the Service may also be collected and stored. Other users on our services can take your photo, and if they utilize the capture function provided by us, those photos can be stored and used for our services and 3rd parties' services (Facebook, etc.). If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

For a commerce transaction on the shop, you will be required to provide your payment information which includes credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We will securely transmit this information directly to a third-party vendor or merchant who will collect this information to process and fulfill your purchase. This information is not processed or stored by us. However, other data about your purchases made via the Service may be stored including the name of the merchant, the date and time of the transaction, the amount, and other behavioral data.

We also collect error-reporting data if the Service crashes or hangs up. This is to investigate and improve the Service's stability for future releases. These reports generally do not contain personally identifiable data. As part of these error reports, we receive details about the type and version of your device, the device identifier, the error's timing, the feature being used, and the application state when the error occurred. This information is only for investigation and rectification of the error and is not used for any other purpose.

Sharing of Your Information

Without your consent, your information will not be rented or sold to any third-party, except as stated in this Privacy Policy.

Parties we possibly share your information with included:

- Affiliated businesses legally considered part of the same group of companies that form or eventually become part of the same group ("Affiliates"). These Affiliates may use this information to support, understand, and enhance the Service as well as their own services. However, the Affiliates will abide by your choices regarding who can view your content.

- Third-party organizations that assist us in providing the Service to you ("Service Providers"). These Service Providers will have access only to the necessary information to offer the Service under reasonable privacy terms.

In addition, your Profile is discoverable by other users of the Service who are connected to you on our applications. Also, unless you opt-out, your Profile could be discoverable by other users, such as in listings of contacts that include your proximity to other users. You can also anytime “block” any user in your contact list from discovering your Profile on the Service.

Data Access and Removal

You can always control the information you choose to share with us via the Service. This can be done by changing your settings in the Service or your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the Service from your mobile device entirely. You can request your data removal at any time you want. Upon your request to delete your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers.

Please note, any personally identifiable information that is shared in text messages, photos, videos, or other application forms with other users, or submitted on our website's blog, bulletin board, or chat room, can be viewed and used by others. We are not responsible for any misuse of your information resulting from your disclosure of such information.

Service Providers

In some instances, we may contract with third parties to provide products and/or services related to the Service. In those cases, we may disclose your personal information to our third-party service providers, but only in connection with providing the services to you. As an example, we may share your phone number or email with third-party SMS and email providers to deliver the authentication SMS or email to you when you register. We ensure these third parties only use your information to provide SMS or email to you and employ appropriate security measures to protect your information. Additionally, certain servers are owned and hosted by third-party service providers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of these third-party service providers.

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from individuals under thirteen as part of the Service. If we unintentionally receive personally identifiable data from someone under thirteen as part of the Service, such information will be deleted from our records.
